Adding watermarks to PDF and images

I need a js script for adding watermarks to PDFs and images of all formats (png, jpg, webp, etc.).
Here is an example of the functionality, it only works with PDF, but this script and input should also accept and work with images:

How it should work:
All texts in English
1. Open the final html file in the browser, it should only have an input for file selection.
2. Then:
- if a pdf is uploaded, select the first page; if there are more than 2 pages, display the first 2 pages as a preview.
- if an image is selected, then the image itself is the preview (it should be displayed in the preview regardless of size!)
3. Then, UNDER the preview a block with watermark settings appears with two tabs for adding a watermark in the form of text and image, with similar functionality.
If an image is selected instead of a pdf, the Pages and Layer fields will not be present.
The only difference is that instead of dots on the preview, it would be nice to see the actual text or image, as it will be added in the final version.
4. Everything should be responsive and not shift when the page is resized.
5. The ability to return to the input for selecting another file (close button or trash can).
The technical specifications are negotiable; some simplifications can be made to adjust the cost.
Preference will be given to the best price; the project is not large and does not involve hosting on servers, databases, etc.
Result:
An archive with the html file, css, and necessary js files, libraries can be included (definitely needed for pdf), but they must be in 1 file and included in the final archive. Everything should work offline, autonomously.

I suggest instead of dots on the preview, to allow the user to choose the position of the watermark by dragging. My version will work great without the internet and is compressed into one js file.
