Доделать проект на Laravel

The task was to do the project, took a script from codecanyon.net. and to convert to the Dropshiper’s office (example of the office which I have removed to the programmer, with access). I said I can explain everything, etc. The programmer said he understands everything himself, all the time feeding breakfast what the work is done, I don’t talk about delayed deadlines. I told you to show that you have at the moment so that I was calm that you are working, but he was delaying all the time. And yesterday I still convinced him to show him at least part of the work. As a result of what I saw, the same script that I dropped with the balance sheet (which the programmer did, and it doesn’t work completely), even if it worked completely, it’s still about 20% of the work. Unfortunately, I don’t see any sense to continue cooperation further, as the project I didn’t get and spent time.

There was no detailed TOR, or even a rough description of the features that the final product should have had. I received only two links from the customer - for downloading the source code and for a working site. The task was to finalize the source codes and turn something similar to the site on the second link. Also integrate payment and CRM. I finalized the UI, a lot was clear about payment, so after a short discussion the task was clear and implemented. After showing the intermediate result, the customer reported that many features were not implemented, and did not respond to requests for detailed technical specifications. Due to the lack of those tasks, many works took either a relatively long time, or were not completed at all, since I could not (and should not) guess what the customer had in mind and what end product he saw in front of him. As a result, I did not receive any constructive dialogue or a statement of the problem.
