Help with garden planning

Hello. I have a plot with a total area of approximately 10 acres. I want to plant the back part of the plot with plants. I need help from an experienced landscape designer in planning this garden (not the entire plot). The area for planting is approximately 32 by 8 meters. It can be wider.

See the layout in the attached files. The rectangle with dashes and the label "garden" is the area we will be working with.

It is highly desirable that the candidate has knowledge specifically in gardening, to be able to recommend plants for my case and my criteria.

Criteria:

- Most of the plants should be tall conifers. For example, I would like to see many Crimean pines (about 12), spruces (glauca and/or similar), junipers, etc.

- I want the garden to serve as a visual barrier from neighbors, provide a lot of shade (currently the plot is completely in the sun), and at the same time slightly block out noise. But it should not be a solid barrier along the fence -- we do not want that. I prefer less symmetry and more chaos, but at the same time, it should be possible to "enter" the garden and walk around there. See the photos in the attachments for what I mean.

- You can add colors (like barberry bushes in the foreground, or some gold varieties of conifers. I also really like the Japanese red maple, which should also be added to the garden composition.

- Currently, there are 10 strict junipers planted along the fence, with a height of 1.5-1.8 meters. We will be transplanting them and using them in the new garden composition. That is, they need to be used in the new planning, but in new locations. The same applies to the small blue arrow junipers (8 pieces, height 50-60 cm).

- No alpine hills, stones, etc. There will be a lawn between the trees, which needs to be mowed with as little effort and maneuvering of the lawn mower as possible.
