Assistance with registration

The problem lies in the difficulty of registering for document submission at the foreigners' department in Katowice. Slots open at 8:00, but by 8:01 all spots are taken. Only 12 spots are allocated. I suspect that some people are registering using programs. Perhaps someone can help with the registration?
