There is a concept for the design of the adjacent territory in the form of a dendrogram (there is a .dwg project), which shows the boundaries of the plot and the building, existing trees, as well as prospective plantings.
What is needed:
1) Adjust the boundaries of future plantings and change the assortment. I have an understanding of the contours that should be and the assortment that should be; there are "drawings" made on the plan by hand, it just needs to be transferred to the document in such a way that I can print it out and give it to contractors for further system design.
2) If possible, develop a plan for the vertical planning of the plot with drainage of water away from the house (there is a survey of the plot) - the plot does not have a significant height difference, the maximum difference is 10 cm, it just needs to be ensured that water does not flow under the house.
