Unfortunately, the freelancer asked to close the project because he was unable to perform it. TZ was detailed, and before the election of the executive I added to writing in personal and asked if he performed tasks, - in response I heard confirmations and began to cooperate. The freelancer indicated the total deadline for the project - 2 days. I got the first version, but there were all the points in it. I supported, gave an additional description of the tasks, the calculation formulas etc., and asked to work, but only 1 point was closed. I wrote again on the points that’s not so and you need to approach the result to the model, but in response I heard that I closed the project because the freelancer has already done “all to the maximum.” Objectively, I can evaluate only "Contact", the rest of the balls will just leave 50% since the project is unfulfilled
