Доработать API формы для партнерских офферов
Добрый день! Надо доработать API формы для сайта. Их начал делать другой программист, но сейчас он очень занят. Форма представляет собой форму заказа. http://joxi.ru/n2YRz6VFbR0JKA Таких форм нужно 5 под разные CPA-сети. Те формы, которые делал предыдущий программист, отображаются криво. Нужно либо исправить их, откорректировать, либо можете заново их написать.
Примеры готовых кодов в прикрепленных файлах, остальные дам исполнителю, так как сюда они почему-то не скачиваются. Также предоставлю все данные, которые дают партнерки.
Еще надо к этим формам надо будет прикрутить страничку благодарности за оформленную заявку.
