Доработать Бота для ТГ

Нужно сделать удобное добавление ТИПов заданий, рассылок и заданий. И что самое важное - сделать настраиваемые ограничения, сколько чего, какой пользователь может выполнять и через какой период.
Также, желательно найти исполнителя, который сможет на постоянной основе поддерживать бота, так как в процессе работы 100% будут улучшения и доработки. Хочется, чтобы кто-то один с этим работал.
