The following needs to be done:
- Redesign the Select for all forms (they are the same) so that you can search for a value by typing letters, we will show an example
- Make each select in the form independent so that you can choose an item from the list without having to select the previous one before clicking search.
- Check the site for bugs or errors on the js side
- Possibly some cosmetic issues on the site and minor logical corrections.
Select checking logic:
Regarding the main and dental.
- The city is preselected to the one where the visitor is currently located, the preselection is "all clinics", the category must be selected - without selection, moving to the appointment page is impossible.
- When changing the city in the form, the page does not reload.
- you can choose both a clinic from the list and a category. Only clinics are filtered, depending on the city. Change the city - clinics from that city are pulled up, preselection "all clinics" - "all categories". Then you can choose any clinic or any category independently. Here our main task is to get initial data and send the user to the order page, transferring the received data to the order form there.
There is a city, its clinics and all categories are pulled up. Initially, all clinics and categories are preselected. If the category is not selected - when clicking the button, we ask to select the category

- If the transition is from the main/dental, then we make the positions (clinics, categories) selected on the previous step, if no clinic was selected at the previous step, then "all clinics" are preselected.
- Only the city = the current one where the user is located is always preselected, and clinics are filtered. Everything else is not related, you can choose any category and service.
- When changing the city, the page does not reload, the corresponding clinics are loaded, all are preselected. Categories and services are also all preselected when changing the city. We display the slots only when clicking "search"
- the user can change the selection or specify the service choice or change the category (or all) and click search. If there are slots corresponding to the request - we display them, if not in such a combination (there is no such service/category in the corresponding clinic) we display a placeholder with the text "nothing found in the clinic, choose convenient options for you" and provide preselected output for all clinics (according to the design)
For example, the user is in Wroclaw and selected only the service category. Cities and Services = all.
Then we display slots for booking for all services of this category in all clinics.
If the user selected a clinic and a service, but it is not available in this clinic (here left the category = all) - we display text that this service is not available in this clinic and below the text we display options for booking this service in other clinics of the city
