Извините, но вообще ничего не понятно по задачам. Что конкретно вам нужно сделать? Дизайн? Вёрстку? Или просто исправить "косяки" предыдущего исполнителя? Нет ни ссылке на сайт, ни чёткого ТЗ с пониманием того, что нужно сделать. Такая работа будет стоить дорого, как показывает опыт, если заказчик не знает чего он хочет, это превратится в гору правок на выходе, а получение оплаты за них ( за правки в смысле) под сомнением.
+ тестовое должно быть либо 1 для всех, либо оплачиваемое. Во втором случае можно было бы создать проект с ТЗ к нему и выбирать исполнителя. -
