Improve the website

It is necessary to finalize an almost ready website.
The site is written in CSS, HTML, JS.
It is already set up on the WP admin panel and everything is connected to ACF fields.
All layouts are available in FIGMA.

Need to finalize:

Desktop version:

1) When opening any of the services, the browser's address bar should change, for example, if you selected the manicure service, the link changes from test.com to test.com/#manicure (if you can make the animation smooth and it becomes a full page - I will pay extra)

2) The animation of these services does not open very smoothly. The user should slide into these services, but currently, the situation is exactly the opposite.

Version 1194:

1) When opening services, they open differently than on the computer,  although they should open in the same order as in the layout (and on the computer)

Animations on the site work incorrectly; when I typed in the line ????, the site completely stopped

Version 834:

Again, problems with animations, services, footer, header is cut off.

5) I found that on 1194 and 834 there are only 3 services instead of 5

Version 393:

6) https://fex.net/s/4lzpc1y On 393 it is more or less normal, there are size discrepancies, which causes the text to go beyond the phone's boundaries during transitions. The same problems exist with the services

General edits:

7) Connecting a form to the site so that the form also sends an image from my email

8) At the end, there will be a check for adjacent sizes.
