1. Subject of the contract and purpose of the work
Complete publication of the application in the Google Play Store, conducting closed testing according to the requirements of the Google Play Console, as well as the full transfer of all rights to intellectual property and source materials to the Client.
2. Scope of work
The Contractor undertakes to perform the following stages:
Stage 1: Preparation and Upload
Uploading the application (AAB / APK build) and preparing the application page in the Google Play Console (title, description, screenshots, icon, privacy policy).
Stage 2: Closed Testing (Strict Compliance)
Organizing and conducting closed testing in full compliance with Google Play rules.
Submitting an application for publishing the app in production (open access) upon completion of testing.
Stage 3: Support and Release
Monitoring the review status and promptly addressing any comments from Google moderation until the successful release of the application to public access (Production).
3. Transfer of rights and intellectual property
Upon completion of the work, the Contractor transfers to the Client 100% of:
The complete source code of the application (Source Code) and all related graphic/media materials.
The application signing key file (Keystore / App Signing Key) with passwords and alias.
Exclusive and non-exclusive rights to intellectual property.
Note: The Client is the sole and full owner of the project. The Contractor has no right to use, distribute, or transfer the source code and materials of this project to third parties.
4. Acceptance criteria for the work (finalization of the Safe)
The deal is considered successfully completed, and funds from the Safe are paid to the Contractor only after all of the following conditions are met:
The application has successfully passed moderation and is published in the Google Play Store (status: Production / Available in the store).
The Client has received and verified the source code and the signing key file (Keystore).
