Refinement of projects on WordPress + WooCommerce

Who am I looking for?
I am looking for a permanent and responsible developer for WP projects. Many projects come in, and I am looking for someone who does not have a permanent job and will not be "finishing up" my projects after their main job. If you are a professional in WordPress + Woocommerce, you do not have a constant workload, and you are tired of looking for temporary jobs and want more stability - we can discuss cooperation options.

About the projects:
There are several projects on WP-ACF and WP-Elementor, WP+WooCommerce. There may be projects on Laravel, and if you optionally have experience with it - that would be a plus (but not mandatory).
One of the projects is a dental clinic website on WP-ACF. The first stage of work has been completed, and stages 2 and 3 are next (approximately 4-5 tasks in each). The second project is a website for printing graphic products, for which the first stage has already been completed and the next is planned. New projects are constantly being added.

It is important for me that you:
- have excellent knowledge of WP, can create a project from scratch from the layout, upload it to hosting
- work with WP plugins, can update, create custom plugins for tasks
- work with WooCommerce, finalize the necessary pages for the store (cart, product list, etc.)
- code blocks from scratch in html+css, flex according to the Figma layout
- finalize and create blocks in the style of the site from references (without having a design), so that they are as natural as possible in the current color scheme of the site
- can work with APIs and make integrations of third-party systems into the WP project (Telegram API, Stripe, any service available via API)

Cooperation conditions:
Initially, I plan to work with the developer for a trial period of 2-3 months on a task-based (hourly) payment. If both parties are satisfied - we will formalize permanent cooperation.

Your guarantees:
1. You lose nothing: payment for my projects on a task or hourly basis will be made after completion (payment terms vary from 3 to 10 days. You assess the tasks before execution.
2. You are guaranteed a flow of work that provides you with stable income without the constant search for side jobs.
3. Upon successful completion of the trial period, we can discuss a rate increase and the position of team lead in a small team of developers.
