Paul Melnikov did not execute the project. A month has passed since the implementation of the project. Paul confirmed that he accepted the project and will implement it in 14 days. After 14 days we began to wonder if the project was ready. Paul came out to contact, responded to the messages, every time promising that the finished project would be sent, but did not send. 20 days (after the message that the finished project will be sent) Paul “fooded us with breakfast,” so he didn’t send anything.
