We are ready to take on the refinement of the website helpercode.ae according to the provided layout in Figma. We will ensure that the design fully meets the specified requirements.

We will replace elements that are currently images with text on a background, according to the layout. All background blur effects will be implemented using CSS, without the use of additional images. For the hover effect, the background of the elements will turn blue, as shown in the layout. We will replace "before/after" images and buttons with text on a background, while the icons will remain original in SVG format and high quality. All paddings, margins, and line-height will be adjusted to match the layout, especially in the blocks with reviews and the footer. We will also replace the favicon with the one specified in the layout, with a transparent background and square format. All hover effects for buttons will be carefully developed according to the design.
