Long-term cooperation, development of a job board for Western markets

Project: TalentMediator.com – international startup in the field of job aggregation

We are looking for a Fullstack developer for long-term cooperation on the development of the platform TalentMediator.com – a modern job vacancy aggregator that operates on instances for different countries (US / DE / FR / UK and other markets).

🚀 Technology stack:

• Backend: PHP (Laravel), Python

• Frontend: JavaScript (JS/TS, Vue/React – depending on tasks)

• Search: Elasticsearch

• DB: MySQL / PostgreSQL, Redis

• DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, own servers

• Jobboard essentials: integrations with employer APIs/feeds, XML/CSV processing, caching, click/traffic analytics, SEO optimization (schema.org, sitemaps), anti-duplicate job postings

• In the future: development of a mobile application

👥 Team

Small but strong:

• backend architect

• fullstack developers

• DevOps

• experienced specialists with 6+ years of practice

We work like a startup – flexibly, quickly, without unnecessary bureaucracy.

📌 Collaboration format

• Load: 10–20 hours per week (depending on the current volume of tasks)

• Payment: 20$/hour (via FOP or another convenient format – we will agree)

• Important: we do not consider web studios, we are looking for direct cooperation with a developer

🔧 Tasks

• Work on the front end (UI/UX fixes, performance improvements)

• New features for users and employers

• Integrations with new job feeds and payment solutions

• Optimization of search (Elasticsearch) and databases

• Refactoring and working with technical debt

👤 Who we are looking for

• Adequate, responsible, executive developer

• A person who loves the startup atmosphere (many different tasks, from “small fixes” to architectural solutions)

• With a desire to work long-term and develop the product together with the team
