Hello! Our international AI agency "Neural Sharks" provides high-level autonomous digital infrastructure for large corporate businesses in Scandinavia (Norway). We specialize in deploying ultra-fast voice AI agents, deep financial analytics systems (Data Sharks), and AI design (Creative Sharks).
We are looking for a strong, ambitious, and experienced Middle/Senior AI & No-Code developer (stack: Vapi, Retell AI, OpenAI Realtime API, make.com) who is ready to handle the technical part of projects "turnkey" and become the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of our agency.
Our budget and payment terms:
We operate in the premium segment, so we require impeccable Enterprise-quality and pay above market:
- Setup Fee: from $1,000 for each successfully implemented client project (the amount depends on the complexity of the task and architecture).
- Monthly Retainer: from $200 to $300 per month for ONE client (for technical monitoring, knowledge base updates, and uninterrupted server operation 24/7).
Note: All payments are strictly from the advance made by the Norwegian client under the contract. Work is conducted through a secure agreement (Escrow) on the platform. As the agency scales to 10–20 corporate clients, your passive income for support will be $3,000–$6,000 per month just for line control.
Your responsibilities:
- Build robust multi-agent scenario logic for any custom request from large businesses.
- Create voice AI agents with natural human language, lively emotional intonations, correct pauses, and zero latency.
- Ensure stable system operation and instantly fix technical bugs.
ATTENTION: Selection Process and Free Test Task
We are looking for the best, so the selection for the partner role is strictly based on the quality of a short test task. Please deploy a demo version of the voice AI agent in your workspace and send a link to the test call in your response. If the AI sounds like a dry monotone answering machine — the application will be rejected.
