Good day!
I have experience in creating layouts for laser cutting on metal.
I will do it qualitatively, as close to the reference as possible.

Hello!
I have been drawing in raster/vector (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign) for 15 years,
examples of my work can be found at Freelancehunt
I am ready to do it and make adjustments if needed.

Vadim, greetings.

I looked at your BECZKA BBQ logo. The main problem is not in the vectorization itself, but in the fact that this drawing will not work well for steel cutting: there are a lot of "islands" that will simply fall out — the eyes and tusks of the boar, the inner contours of the letters B, C, K, A, the rings on the barrel. Plus, flames and gradients — this is not cutting, this is engraving. And at a size of 100x100 mm, small details (sparks, stars, the line "BBQ Z PASJĄ") will merge into a mess, because for laser cutting on steel, the working minimum element is approximately 0.8-1 mm.

So I will do the following:
1. I will split the file into two layers in one DXF: CUT (closed contours for cutting) and ENGRAVE (what goes for engraving).
2. I will add bridges where details would fall out without them, and I will show them in the preview — so you can see exactly where they will be and say "this is not needed here."
3. I will simplify the small details to what is actually readable in 100x100 mm, without losing the recognizability of the boar and the text.
4. All contours will be closed polylines, without duplicates and breaks, at a scale of 1:1 in millimeters, so the machine can take the file without edits.

Hello! I will gladly prepare an accurate vector file in DXF format for the CNC machine. I have a technical mindset and understand the logic of CNC machines. Since the size of the part is small (100x100 mm) and the material is steel, I will not just perform automatic tracing, but will carry out a professional engineering simplification of the contours. I will remove overly small elements (like smoke or wood texture) that the laser might simply burn through and will leave clear, readable lines. Specifically, I will: Convert the raster image into a quality vector without breaks in the contours. Separate the vectors by processing types: closed lines for through cutting and lines for engraving (for example, for text and facial elements). Save and provide you with a clean file in DXF format that can be directly uploaded to the machine control software (such as RDWorks, LaserCut, or Match3). The cost of the work: 700 UAH. Completion time: a few hours (ready to start right now and deliver today). I look forward to your feedback; we will make everything precise for your machine!
