Nikita Kazakov initially demonstrated enthusiasm and prompt communication at the beginning of our project, sharing an initial diagram on the first day which showed promise and a clear understanding of the task at hand. However, the experience took a downturn shortly after this promising start. Despite my efforts to maintain open lines of communication, Nikita became unresponsive, only to briefly resurface with assurances that did not come to fruition. Weeks have gone by without any significant progress or updates on the project, leaving me disappointed and in a difficult position due to the elapsed time and lack of completed work. This experience has unfortunately not met my expectations for professionalism and reliability in a freelance partnership.
