Email Marketing - Need help to choose a Platform for email Marketing

Till now I was sending my emails to my fans via Wix, but I would like to find a cheaper or FREE platform like: Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, MailerLite or others and do the following:

1. transfer all my contacts to the new free platform from Wix

2. send the ready email update that I have already created in Wix. (There are a few options to it - we will have to discuss that)

Person needs to know perfect English and know email marketing well.
