Email Campaigns Klaviyo

I have a website on Shopify.
My prices are closed upon request; a person leaves their email in the request, and I want to integrate this entire process, supplement the database, and send newsletters with updates on my products.

I am considering two options:
1. You set everything up and will act as an in-house employee.
2. You allocate time for training and explain how everything works.
