We are looking for a communicative person who wants to try themselves in the field of recruiting.

Experience is not required — the main thing is a desire to learn, write correctly, respond quickly, and stay in touch. You will receive all instructions, templates, and support at the start.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate search based on criteria

• Working with job platforms (Work.ua, Rabota.ua, Jooble, etc.)

• Correspondence with candidates, inviting to interviews

• Maintaining simple tracking in Google Sheets

• Payment for each closed candidate (from 300–500 UAH and above)

Who we are looking for:

• Person with strong communication skills

• Proficient Ukrainian or Russian language

• Basic skills in working with Google documents
