Hello! We are launching a new marketplace and are looking for an experienced team (agency or a cohesive team of freelancers) to take on the full cycle of marketing from scratch: from pre-launch strategy to a stable flow of customers.
The tasks are divided into two key areas:
1. B2C Direction (Attracting Buyers)
Goal: Bring active buyer traffic to our marketplace.
Tools: SMM, targeting (Meta/TikTok), contextual advertising (Google Ads), and other effective sources.
2. B2B Direction (Attracting Sellers)
Goal: Attract sellers (merchants) who will purchase tariffs for trading on our platform.
Tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, lead generation.
Payment Terms for B2B: For this direction, we want to build the work based on PPC / Pay per Client (payment for results). Each tariff successfully purchased by a seller = fixed bonus or % for your team.
What needs to be done at the start (Stage 0):
Pre-launch Strategy: Plan a marketing strategy to warm up the audience and gather a base (leads) even before the official opening of the platform.
Budget Planning: Calculate the necessary marketing budgets and projected customer acquisition cost (CAC/CPL) for both directions.
Marketing Moves: Propose creative mechanics for a quick start (promotions, referral programs, special offers for the first sellers).
Who we are looking for:
A team with experience in promoting marketplaces, E-commerce, or complex B2B/B2C projects.
Specialists who can calculate numbers (ROI, ROMI, CPA, CAC) and work with analytics (Google Analytics 4).
Those who are ready to work based on KPIs and a results-based payment model (for the B2B segment).
