ERPnext modifications and integrationThe project, for the sake of objectivity, was completed by about 80%: the server is deployed, ERPNext is installed and configured, modules implemented: client portal, requests, account addition, personal balance top-up, management part.
Unfortunately, instead of a constructive completion, the client preferred to cancel the work and leave a review that does not reflect reality.
The arbitration, without going into details and without requesting any logs or code, chose the simplest path — a formal approval of the complaint. Apparently, formality and speed are more valuable to them than objectivity.
I do not deny that some tasks indeed remained unfinished. But professionalism is defined not by the number of screenshots in the workspace, but by responsibility, quality of approach, and how much you are able to accomplish even in difficult circumstances.
I also noticed and ask everyone to pay attention to the fact that out of 34 projects, the client has completed 3 projects. We draw our own conclusions.
