Experienced Ruby on Rails Developers (English Fluent, Remote)

We are seeking experienced Ruby on Rails and .NET Developers to join our remote team. You will work on building, maintaining, and scaling web applications for our clients. This role requires strong backend development skills, familiarity with frontend technologies, and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails or .NET.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time.

• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails and/or .NET (C#, ASP.NET).

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side logic.

• Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and agile development practices.

• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku, etc.).

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (RSpec, xUnit, NUnit).

• Experience with real-time applications and WebSocket integrations.
