Expo Stand – 100 m² | Urgent Project | Potential Long-Term Collaboration

Design Brief

We are looking for an interior designer or architect with ideally experience in expo/exhibition stand design to support us in creating a high-quality, realizable project.

 Project Overview:

• Project type: Expo stand

• Size: Approximately 100 m²

• Scope (please see also .pdf file attached):

  • Full set of technical drawings

  • 3D visualization (based on provided concept/look)

  • Partition wall sections, electrics, lighting, furniture layouts, and other plan views

  • Compliance with organizer guidelines (which will be shared)

Design Details:

• The stand will include six areas for six different brands.

• Each brand will have its own shelving design, with more expressive/pop-style elements.

• The overall concept/look will be provided by us – no creative concept development needed.

• We need someone to translate the concept into professional, buildable documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in expo or exhibition design is a plus.

• Ability to deliver a full documentation package, ready for implementation.

• Someone responsive, realistic in pricing, and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Willingness to collaborate closely with us and follow precise technical guidelines.

• Software used for 3D is ideally 3ds MAX
