About the Company
We are a manufacturing and trading company, we have production and sales, but there is no transparent financial accounting. Currently, money comes and goes without clear control: we do not account for cash flow, P&L, and other financial indicators. We need a person who will bring order to the finances, create a control system, and automate accounting.
What needs to be done
- analyze the current situation regarding finances
- develop a financial accounting system (via Google Sheets or online service)
- implement control over cash flow
- set up profit and loss reporting (P&L)
- automate the process of data collection and accounting
- establish a process of interaction with the accountant (payment control, tax accounting)
- ensure transparency of financial flows
- regularly provide reports and analytics
Who we are looking for
- Financial specialist / financial analyst with experience in small and medium-sized businesses
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, financial services
- Ability to build a system from scratch, without ready-made templates
- Skills in automation and data structuring
- Experience interacting with accounting
- analytical mindset, ability to explain complex things in simple words
