We need hands-on technical help to enable and purchase the Meta Verified subscription (blue check) for our Instagram company account.
Issue: when we open Instagram Subscriptions (instagram.com/accounts/subscriptions/ or the equivalent path from Settings), it shows “Page isn’t available / Page not found.” Because of this, we cannot access the subscription flow to buy the verification badge.

Current profile address and business details are set to a European location
We need access restored to the correct Subscriptions/Meta Verified section and the ability to complete the purchase
Scope of work:

Confirm eligibility requirements and account setup needed for Meta Verified purchase (account type, category, professional account settings, age/region constraints, Business Manager link, etc.)
Fix configuration blockers (settings, region/business info inconsistencies, account type, app/web path differences, etc.)
Provide step-by-step instructions and/or do a guided screen-share to complete the Meta Verified purchase successfully
If the issue is region/eligibility related, propose the safest compliant workaround (no risky hacks). The goal is a stable, official setup.

Clear written steps we can repeat in the future (web + mobile)
Confirmation that the subscription can be purchased and maintained without the page breaking again

Proven experience with Instagram / Meta Verified, Business/Professional accounts, and region/eligibility troubleshooting
Ability to work via Zoom/Google Meet with screen-share and provide written instructions afterward
