TASK:
1. Create a modal window that appears before showing the contacts
2. In the modal, there are 2 mandatory checkboxes:
- "I understand that this is a paid service and I am ready to pay 1000 UAH"
- "I am NOT looking for free instructions"
3. The "Confirm" button is active only after selecting both checkboxes
4. After confirmation - show the contact buttons (Telegram/WhatsApp)
5. Responsive design for mobile
6. Integration of Google Analytics tracking
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Clean HTML/CSS/JavaScript (or your framework)
- Animations for showing/hiding the modal
- Retaining qualification status for 24 hours (localStorage)
- Ability to close via ESC or click on the overlay
- WCAG AA accessibility compliance
