Fractional CTO / Technical Lead Consultant for Startup (Audit & Roadmap)

Project Description

We are creating a SaaS platform for content analytics in social media (short videos, accounts, audience engagement).

The product is a web platform with user personal accounts, analytics, and AI insights.

The project is at the MVP / launch preparation stage.

The team is business-oriented, without deep technical expertise.

What We Need

We are looking for a technical consultant (Fractional CTO / Technical Lead / Solution Architect) who:

will understand the current technical implementation;

will explain how the architecture should be properly built;

will help understand if we need a separate frontend;

will create a clear technical roadmap;

will oversee the work of developers from a technical perspective.

We value not development, but control, planning, and correct decisions.

Tasks

analyze the existing code and project structure (including AI-generated code);

evaluate the frontend ↔ backend connections;

determine what needs to be completed for launch;

describe the development stages and priorities;

assist the team in making technical decisions;

explain everything in simple language for the non-technical team.

Collaboration Format

consultative role;

2–5 hours per week or fixed payment for audit + roadmap;

without coding;

independent consultant (not an agency, not a team).
