SMM Manager with Targeting Experience
OIKOS Ukraine — the official representative of the legendary Italian paint brand in Ukraine. We create interiors that you fall in love with at first sight (and first reel).
City: Kyiv (full-time, offline + field trips)
Schedule: by agreement, but with regular presence in the office
What you will need to do and for what purpose
• Daily management of TikTok (at least 1 video per day, 30 videos/month to launch algorithms and increase reach).
• Creation of 2–3 posts per week for Instagram (with duplication on Facebook) to support brand recognition and engage the audience.
• Daily stories management (at least 2–3 per day) to build community and attract customers.
• Field trips to locations, presentations, events for content shooting (transport costs covered by the company).
• Creation of up to 10 visual creatives for monthly promotions (banners, templates, simple presentations) for promotion.
• Launching and optimizing targeted advertising on Instagram (TikTok Ads — preferred, but not mandatory) to increase leads and sales.
Who is our ideal candidate
• Has at least 1 year of experience in SMM or digital marketing.
• Understands the principles of creating viral content and the workings of TikTok/Instagram algorithms.
• Can work in Canva, CapCut, knows the basics of promotion and advertising.
• Has experience in targeting on Instagram (launch, analysis, optimization).
• Creative, modern, with aesthetic taste.
• Can work in Kyiv or Kyiv region and regularly come to the office.
• Looking for a permanent job (OIKOS — the only or maximum second project).
Financial conditions
• 1st month: 30,000 UAH (rate).
• From the 2nd month: 35,000 UAH (rate).

• Growth of reach and followers on TikTok and Instagram.
• Quality and regularity of content (videos, posts, stories).
• Effectiveness of targeted advertising (CPL, CTR, ROI).
• Creativity and alignment of content with brand style.
• Active communication with the team and timeliness of task completion.
