Budget: 250 USD Deadline: 3 days

I checked the Bitbucket repositry and made a quick technical pass. Budget - 250 USD. Timeline - 3 working days for UI audit, targeted React and Tailwind fixes, data display checks on main flows, and the verification badge on the property detail page.

THe visible risk is the badge data source. The property detail page currently works with fields like _id, title, availability, price, image, beds, baths, sqm, type, description, amenities and phone, but I do not see a stable verified field there. If the API already returns it, the badge is clean. If not, I will add a guarded fallback and keep the UI stable until backend data is added =/

Questions
> Which field should drive the badge - verified, isVerified, status, or another backend field
> Should the QA pass cover only public pages, or also auth pages like My Listings and Add Property

Budget: 25 USD Deadline: 7 days

Hello Jose, I have worked on React platforms with TypeScript and Tailwind, fixing UI glitches across cards, tables and forms. On one real estate project I cleaned up 40+ components and added status badges tied to backend flags, so data stayed consistent everywhere.

One tip from a product angle: a verified badge builds trust, so I would also make it clickable to a short verification info tooltip, this can lift lead conversion by a few percent.

Where does the verification status come from, a boolean field from the API or a computed state? And should unverified properties differ in listing visibility, or only in the badge?

I can pull the codebase, run it locally and send you a live preview with the badge in place so you see the fix before we commit to a timeline.

aJose, I see you need to resolve layout inconsistencies on your real estate platform and integrate a status badge component. The goal is to ensure the UI stays consistent while reflecting property verification status clearly for your users.

I will audit the components to fix the alignment issues and implement the verified/unverified badge using your existing design system. This will clean up the display across cards and forms while adding the requested functionality.

Are the current rendering issues specific to certain screen sizes, or do they persist across all viewports?

Your React platform renders fine, but cards, tables and forms are showing misaligned elements and inconsistent data, and the property detail page has no verification badge yet.

First I'd go through the components in your Bitbucket repo and track down where the layout and data binding break. Then fix them so the same data renders the same way across the platform. For the badge, I'd build it from your existing Tailwind classes, green for Verified and gray for Unverified, sitting next to the title or price so it reads as part of the current design rather than bolted on.

Give me repo access and I'll send back the exact list of fixes I find, plus my estimate. I can start as soon as you confirm.
