The main focus of this project is not the layout, but to make the PWA with Service Worker and Stripe Checkout work properly under Cloudflare in Under Attack mode. This is usually where everything breaks: the JS challenge conflicts with the Service Worker cache and the Stripe redirect. This is the first thing I will lay out in the architecture.

I will use Next.js. The landing page will go through SSR/SSG — SEO is needed and a fast Lighthouse audit, while the protected part of the activator will go into client routes behind authorization, where SEO is not necessary. One project covers both tasks without hacks.

For key areas, I see it this way:

Stripe Checkout client-side, on the successful payment page I will pull the order parameter from the session and assemble a Deep Link for redirecting to the messenger.
QR scanner on the native camera (html5-qrcode) + fallback with manual PIN entry.
Device fingerprint is generated directly in onClick via Web Crypto, SHA-256 goes into the payload — without cache in the state, as you have specified.
