Full-stack developer / technical architect (Flutter + backend + web)
Looking for an experienced full-stack developer to create a turnkey local IT product.
Project:
social network + services / freelance + secure transaction + booking services + classifieds + city portal
— a unified platform with a mobile application, website, and admin panel.
Target audience — Russian-speaking community in South Korea
(in the future — scaling to other foreigners in Korea).
What is already available
- UX/UI design (fully ready by March)
- formed understanding of MVP functionality
- readiness for phased development
Tasks
- designing the project architecture
- developing the backend (API, roles, permissions, business logic)
- developing the mobile application iOS / Android (Flutter)
- developing the website (public part)
- developing the admin panel (user management, content, moderation)
Requirements
- experience in full-stack development
- ability to design MVP and think about scaling
- experience with Flutter or willingness to work with it
- understanding of the architecture of complex services (social networks / marketplaces / order services)
- responsibility, stable communication, long-term interest
Will be a plus:
- experience with payment systems / escrow / orders
- participation in product projects
- experience in designing admin panels
Work format
- phased development (sprints)
- fixed payment by stages or hourly payment
- adequate budget (to be discussed)
- long-term cooperation
