There is no such function as an update in OpenCart; it needs to be developed on a new version.

I have worked with OpenCart version 4, but if something is needed regarding modules, you won't find them, and you will have to pay again for rewriting from version 3 to 4 (and for modules that are coded, nothing can be done with them at all).
