Вопрос по существу: в схеме предусмотрено выключение питания (для режима "прибор не используется") ? Какие аппаратные предпочтения к исполнению входных клемм? Имеете готовый перечень элементов к схеме?
Есть еще пару вопросов, но это основные.

в цепи 14 ножки резистор 10кОм - боюсь что микросхема "не заведется" при таком включении. ((
