Just some preliminary questions - which may help you in finding the problem:
Did you forget to add the developer app - ads.txt to the site?
Have you checked that Admob has authorized it?
Do you have Firebase connected? Does it show events for ad requests?
Does Admob show requests for ad units? (By the way, did you remember to set them up in Admob? :) )
The list does not show proposals concealed by the client or freelancer with a Plus profile, as well as proposals violating rules
