Google Ads - Specialist in setting up and supporting Google Ads

We are looking for an experienced specialist in contextual advertising (Google Ads) for setting up, optimizing, and regularly supporting advertising campaigns.
Systematic work towards results is required: increasing conversions, reducing lead costs, and increasing advertising profitability.
Tasks
Setting up and launching search, display campaigns
Analyzing the target audience and selecting keywords.
Creating and testing ads.
Optimizing bids, budgets, and account structure.
Setting up conversions, events in Google Analytics (GA4), and linking with Google Tag Manager.
Weekly/monthly report on results and recommendations.
Requirements
Experience with Google Ads for at least 1 year (preferably with case studies).
Understanding of the sales funnel and analytics.
Ability to work with Google Analytics, GTM, Google Merchant Center.
Responsibility, punctuality, and results-oriented.
Will be a plus:
Experience with eCommerce / services.
Google Ads certifications.
Payment
Discussed individually depending on the volume of tasks.
Possible format:
fixed rate for managing campaigns,
or % of the budget/result.
Deadlines
Start of work: immediately after agreement.
We expect the first result — within 1–2 weeks after launching the campaigns.
