Deadlines were not met. 9 days ago, Angela wrote that she started working on the project. 6 days ago, she wrote that she got sick and asked to extend the project by + 2 days. We entered the situation and agreed. 2 days ago, we asked her how the work was progressing - to which we received a response that she still had not recovered and nothing had been done. So what did she start 9 days ago? She did not say until the last moment that nothing had been done. How can this be perceived normally? She simply let us down - in our understanding, that’s how it is. A person got sick - that’s understandable. It happens. Well, then she should have provided a timely response so that we at least had time for some actions. As a result, the project is not completed for us - nothing is ready. There is no time. And she is worried about her rating.

The collaboration did not take place. During the work on this project, unforeseen health circumstances occurred - I fell ill and was hospitalized, which I informed the client about, stating that unfortunately, I would not be able to complete the work. As compensation for the time spent, I offered to give him part of the work that I had managed to start for free, as well as +1 free design service in the future. Unfortunately, understanding was not reached.
