Hello! My name is Zhenya, I am the Lead Designer at Norml Studio. I am currently looking for a designer for project collaboration.

I am currently in the process of creating positioning and marketing for Norml, so I am looking for a person with whom we will work on internal marketing projects on a project basis.

Your tasks will include:

— preparing completed projects into case studies together with a motion designer — presentations, banners, and other marketing materials — we are also expanding the branding direction, and you can experiment if you wish.

The scope and timeline will be agreed upon for specific tasks — sometimes it will be a separate case, sometimes a series of materials, sometimes a small identity. We will discuss the rate and payment format at the start.

We are simple people, and our requirements are too:

— commercial experience in creating awesome designs (we can discuss the definition of awesomeness in the interview)

— excellent sense of graphic design (composition, typography, layout)

— skills in motion design will be a nice bonus, but are not mandatory

— you are interested in exploring and optimizing your work with AI

About the team: We currently have 15+ people mostly in different corners of Ukraine, and even the world: designers, developers, SEO specialists, HR team, and management. We are interested in working on projects comprehensively, where we can take responsibility and influence the outcome. It would be great if this resonates with you too.

— we work completely remotely

— you are comfortable having calls in the evening with me, management, and clients (since we are located in the USA), but not too late

— it is important for you to work in an environment where quality and thoughtfulness of solutions matter

— you manage your time and deadlines well
