I'm looking for a graphic designer for ongoing collaboration

Hello! I am a graphic designer, working freelance and have my regular clients. Due to a large number of orders, I am looking for someone who can help me with part of the tasks — the work will be done in my name.

What I'm looking for:

— beginner or mid-level designer

— proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma

— basic knowledge of preparing layouts for print (if not, I will teach)

— responsibility, attention to detail, good communication skills

— desire to grow and develop in design

This is not a one-time story — I am looking for someone for ongoing collaboration who can regularly take tasks and be in touch.

Format:

— freelance work, part-time

— you receive a ready-made brief, references, support

— payment is hourly or per task, always discussed in advance

— support from my side, adequate feedback, friendly communication

I am ready right now to give a paid test task, based on which I can evaluate the approach to the task, logical thinking, and neatness.
