We are looking for an experienced Landscape Designer to collaborate with us on a project-based freelance basis. This is not a full-time or temporary position but an opportunity for professionals who thrive in a flexible, project-oriented work environment to deliver top-quality landscape design projects for our clients in California.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, including drafting 2D plans, sections, elevations, planting plans, and calculating material quantities.
- A keen eye for detail with expertise in line weights, dimension and annotation placement, and the creation of visually appealing, professional plans and detailed drawings.
- Initiative, motivation, and a self-driven attitude, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work on time.
- Ability to follow all procedural steps in a project to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality at every stage.
Additional Skills and Experience (Preferred):
- Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.
- Experience with Lumion or Twinmotion.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with California-specific plants, materials, and landscape design practices is highly valued.
Professional experience in landscape design.
Experience with Task Manager Software or willingness to learn it quickly.
