The public organization "Agency of Local Initiatives" promotes sustainable community development by providing access to essential services and resources, strengthening civil society, and advocating for the rights and freedoms of people. We unite resources, expertise, and efforts to implement initiatives that change the quality of life for residents, activate communities, and foster effective dialogue between authorities, society, and business.  

We are looking for a creative and responsible SMM manager who will help us change the world for the better!

What you will highlight:

• Beneficiary stories
• Initiatives and projects of the organization
• Fundraising campaigns and attracting donors
• Collaboration with government bodies, businesses, and donors
• Real footage from events that demonstrate the impact of our work

What you will do:

• Manage and develop social media (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram)
• Generate content (posts, stories, videos, texts, sections)
• Launch advertising campaigns to attract audiences and donors
• Analyze content effectiveness and optimize strategy
• Create engaging and informative content for the website and social media
• Manage social media, including planning and publishing posts, stories, reels
• Conduct and organize shoots

What is important to us:

• English will be a plus
• Experience in SMM (experience in the public sector will be a plus)
• Understanding and sharing the organization's values
• Strategic planning and development of our communication tools
• Ability to write texts that engage and inspire
• Knowledge of social media trends and promotion algorithms
• Proficiency in graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop, Figma)
• Proficiency in Webflow will be a plus
• Analytical thinking and understanding of effectiveness metrics
• Responsibility, initiative, and love for charity
