We are looking for a Head of Sales Analytics & Marketplace Strategy who will be responsible for commercial effectiveness and transforming data into clear, profitable decisions.
The role focuses on analytics, prioritization, and strategy, rather than listings or operational execution.

Your responsibilities:
● Sales, margin, commission, and profitability analysis across all channels
● Brand and SKU performance management (scaling, optimization, pausing, exiting)
● Inventory and purchasing decision-making
● Channel strategy definition (Amazon vs eBay vs B2C vs B2B)
● Translating insights into clear action plans for other teams
Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, or commercial analytics
● Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and eBay
● Confident financial and analytical skills
● Commercial mindset focused on profit, not superficial metrics
