International Marketing Specialist (Non-Advertising Focus)

We’re seeking a strategic, brand-oriented Marketing Specialist with strong international experience—especially in the Italian market—to help us launch and position a groundbreaking food intolerance test under the brand Thema01. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new health and wellness brand from the ground up, reaching audiences across Italy and beyond.
What You'll Do
• Lead market research to identify key audience segments (e.g. wellness enthusiasts, families, individuals with digestive concerns)
• Drive brand strategy development including naming, slogan, storytelling, and tone of voice
• Collaborate with creatives to define and document a strong, empathetic brand identity
• Contribute to the development of landing pages and e-commerce journeys from a user experience perspective
• Work closely with analytics and design teams to align messaging with user behavior and conversion goals
• Support the expansion of the brand into other European markets, starting with Italy
Ideal Candidate
• 1+ years experience in B2C marketing or brand management in the healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle industries
• Demonstrated success in launching products or services in international markets, especially Italy
• Native-level Italian and fluent English; other EU languages a plus
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, UX principles, and data-informed decision-making
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, content strategists, and data analysts
• Proactive, analytical, and empathetic communicator
