Homestaging/decorator/furnishing

I'm looking for a decorator or freelance designer to furnish a rented apartment of 68 square meters with a large terrace of 20 square meters. The apartment already has a finished renovation, a kitchen set, and a fully equipped bathroom, so no dirty or major works are expected - at most, drilling walls for shelves or mirrors. A complete functional layout of the entire space is needed, including the kitchen, living room, bedroom, workspace, and terrace.

We already have our own furniture: a desk, a chair, as well as a dining table and chairs from IKEA - all of this needs to be harmoniously integrated into the new interior. Since a dog and a cat will be living with us in the apartment, practicality and durability of materials (scratch resistance, easy cleaning of textiles, etc.) are important. Our main priorities are thoughtful functionality, maximum practicality, and aesthetics. We are not tied to a specific visual style and are open to interesting ideas, but generally aim for concise minimalism with interesting details, contrasts, etc.

From the contractor, we expect a 2D furniture layout plan, visual collages or mood boards for each area, and optionally a final shopping list (furniture, textiles, lighting, decor) with links. We are looking for someone who can create stylish and comfortable solutions for living without inflating the budget.
