Good day. Of course, it is better to do it on the first floor than on the second. The house is very cramped for two normal bathrooms, which is understandable. Therefore, it is better to make one normal bathroom on the first floor, but conveniently accessible from the street. In this bathroom, make a normal large corner bathtub, and on the second floor, you can either make a bathroom with a shower or a large normal wardrobe and properly align this room with a large window so that there are no pickpockets. And what is unclear about the stairs, is there a ship's trap there? In any case, the bathroom on the first floor is a variant that needs to be worked out first, and then also consider the bathroom and wardrobe on the second floor.
