11 USD There is a need in the HTML form of a landing page that step by step would bring to the screen 4 questions, the answer to which will be 2 buttons "yes" or "no".
If a user at least once presses "No" - we remove the end message of the "Thank you for your time" form.
If you answered "yes" to 4 questions - we extract the input to enter the phone number (with the basic validation) and the button "send the vacation" .
When you click "Send a vacation" - we show information about what will soon contact you, links to FB+INST+TG, contact numbers clickable and a link to our site.
