Everything is already prepared for development: some textures, a promo video, music, a website, and an API for registration/password reminder/authorization. But my budget is only 1000 euros, no more. The graphics should be standard, medium quality. All details about the game are in private messages. Installers are needed for Windows 10+ and MacOS 10.14+.

Ооо, давно этого слова не слышала. Сколько лет уже прошло, а загадочный термин "бродилка" всё ещё жив, не смотря на то, что такого жанра нет и никогда не было.

Ну это как называть. Я просто все, что связано с убийствами считаю за тупость. Кроме стратегий как Казаки/SC/SC2. Стратегии хоть мозги развивают игрокам, в отличие от стрелялок.
