The stack I propose: n8n as the core workflow + Apify (Google Maps scraper) for finding companies + OpenAI API for personalizing emails + Google Sheets or Airtable as the contact and status database + sending through your corporate email (SMTP or Gmail API).
The pipeline is clear as a whole: a cron trigger collects 100 companies a day with a website and email, deduplication by domain against the database and stop-list (one company — one touch), OpenAI generates a personal email based on the company's data, sending is done with daily limits to prevent your domain from going to spam, all statuses are recorded in a table. Responses are tracked automatically: if a response comes — the chain stops, silence for 5 days — one follow-up is sent.

Cost: approximately 8000 UAH for the described functionality, final figure after a couple of clarifications on the volume. Deadline: 7-10 days until the working agent. I work through Safe, step by step: first a prototype on a small volume (10-20 companies), you check the quality of the database and emails, then we roll out to full flow.
Clarifications needed to provide an exact price: is there already a deployed n8n and Apify account or are we setting up from scratch; from which email will the sending be (Google Workspace or another SMTP); is Sheets or Airtable preferable.
Important: I only do legal B2B outreach — limits, stop-list, proper unsubscribe. This is not a formality, but a protection of your domain and sender's reputation.
